iSkills evaluates the main competencies of management profiles (teamwork, results-oriented, communication and leadership). The assessment consists of two parts. In the first part, three videos show different situations in the workplace. After each of them, there’s a series of closed-ended questions. The second part shows the outcome of the previously shown videos in an animated video format with a single open question after each of them (3 in total).
